The Recruiting Hive in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Licensed Project Manager to oversee HVAC and sheet metal installations. You will manage a large pipeline of projects valued up to $8 million annually, leading a small team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an active Sheetmetal or HVAC license with proven experience in complex installations and strong job-costing acumen. This role offers growth within a stable, long-term organization.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license.
• Experience managing complex, high-value HVAC or sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small project-management team.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate within a team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commissions.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet high standards and comply with state and local codes.
