Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across a local regional market. You will manage a team of technicians, oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance, and partner with Store Managers to ensure safety, efficiency and reliability.

Candidates must hold an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3-5 years in facilities or related fields. Travel ~50% locally; competitive compensation and benefits start day one.

• Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing
• EPA Universal Certification
• 3-5 years of facilities management or related experience
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge
• Leadership and coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations
• Partner with store managers to identify and resolve facility needs
• Use reporting and analytics to improve equipment reliability
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
