Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely while supporting associates and customers.

You will travel within the region, maintain licenses, coordinate with store managers and vendors, and drive reporting. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $90,000–$180,000 are offered, plus bonus incentives and

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3-5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical familiarity.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service orientation.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50%+ and maintain contractor licenses.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Keep licenses current and schedule inspections.
• Participate in training to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Obtain permits as required.
