Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead HVAC/R across a local regional market, leveraging your HVAC/R license and leadership to drive performance. You will build and coach a team, oversee preventative maintenance, and partner with store managers while using data to improve reliability and safety across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing and EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of facilities management, construction management, or related mechanical field experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and building maintenance across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with store managers and facilities leaders to identify facility needs.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain required licenses and permits; conduct site inspections.
