Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for facilities in a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for associates and customers.

The role requires ~50% regional travel, license maintenance, collaboration with managers and vendors, and rigorous reporting. Eligible for extensive benefits including 401(k) match, stock plans, and education programs.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3–5 years would be optimal
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% or more travel within the region to oversee maintenance needs
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Reporting and analytics to monitor performance
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits as required
