Qualifications

• General facilities services / building maintenance experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Electrical, plumbing or mechanical experience is required.
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Problem solving with root-cause and breakdown analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and travel within the region to oversee facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with store managers and facility leadership on service needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
