Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring facilities operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

You will travel ~50% regionally, maintain contractor licenses, work with store managers and vendors, and provide analytics on maintenance performance. Eligible for bonus incentives; 401(k) plans and more are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC professional with 3–5 years of facilities experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
