Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, collaborate with store managers and leadership, and ensure safe, efficient facilities with a focus on compliance and analytics.

The role requires 3–5 years in building maintenance, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in general facilities services or building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving including root-cause analysis.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within region and maintain contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date with authorities.
• Participate in training on regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
