Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, partner with store leadership, and ensure safe, efficient operations for associates and customers.

The role requires travel, license maintenance, and collaboration with vendors to meet regulatory and quality standards, while delivering reliable facility services and reporting outcomes.

• Root cause analysis experience and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and oversee predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on facility needs.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain licenses, permits and inspections; ensure safety standards.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Travel regionally approximately 50% and manage schedules accordingly.
