Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proven experience in property management (HOA/Condominium Associations).
• Licensed CAM (CAI or IREM).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports.
• Solicit and compare bids for services and vendor contracts.
• Attend and lead Board Meetings with confidence and professionalism.
• Provide sound recommendations to assist Boards in decision-making.
• Review financial statements, payables, and receivables.
• Coordinate maintenance with the Assistant Property Manager.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and Board Members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
