Job summary

MC Property Management Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and HOA communities, ensuring maintenance, financial health, and excellent customer service. You will collaborate with Boards, residents, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate provides organization, a personable demeanor, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Proven experience in property management (HOA/Condominium) and no rentals/leasing agent work.
• Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), CAI or IREM license.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports
• Solicit and compare bids for services and vendor contracts
• Attend and lead Board Meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Provide sound recommendations to assist Boards in effective decision-making
• Review and interpret financial statements, payables, and receivables
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the Assistant Property Manager
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain community standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and Board Members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
