The role manages Condominium, Townhome and HOA communities, budgets with reserve studies, negotiates contracts, and oversees contractors to ensure quality and compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate with boards, respond to owner inquiries, and uphold company policies while maintaining strong ownership relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed Illinois Community Manager.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Community Association experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Condominium, Townhome and HOA associations.
• Prepare annual budgets including reserve studies.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor work quality.
• Perform weekly property inspections and address violations.
• Attend Board meetings and follow up on items.
• Maintain relationships with ownership and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Oversee administrative tasks and support the assistant as needed.
