Qualifications

• Illinois Community Association Manager License is required.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of condominium, HOA, or townhome associations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of associations, including Boards of Directors and residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Board members and homeowners through clear, proactive communication.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, analyze financial statements, oversee assessment collections, and approve invoices with accounting.
• Conduct regular property inspections, solicit and evaluate bids, and oversee maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure associations comply with governing documents and relevant Illinois statutes.
• Attend Board meetings, often in the evenings, including Zoom sessions when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with Boards, homeowners, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
