Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Shelby, MT seeks a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) to join our behavioral health team in a dual outpatient and school-based setting. We offer a flexible, autonomous practice with children and adults, full-time hours, and a compensation range of $33–$38 per hour plus relocation incentive and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians.
• Willing to work with children; pediatric experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to children and adults.
• Split time between school-based center and main outpatient clinic.
• Develop treatment plans and document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexible session lengths.
