Job summary

Talent With Heart in Shelby, MT is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCPC or LCSW) to join a rural behavioral health team serving both a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic.

This full-time role offers flexible session lengths, work with both children and adults, and competitive pay of $33–$38 per hour, plus relocation incentive and sign-on bonus. Fully licensed candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses)
• Open to all experience levels, including newly licensed clinicians
• Willing to work with children in a school and clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: school-based health center and main outpatient clinic
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document care per standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and state/organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and approach
