Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (no provisional licenses).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: school-based center ~3 days per week and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care per standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards and state regulations.
