Qualifications

• Active LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Fully licensed only (provisional licenses not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults.
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (~3 days/week) and main outpatient clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
