Associa is seeking a Community Manager I to supervise the operations of a community association, interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members and committees, and staff. The role requires coordinating administrative tasks, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with management agreements.

Responsibilities include board liaison, reviewing financials, recommending capital expenditures, vendor management, and overseeing architectural reviews and inspections.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0–3 years of Community Association experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Liaise with the Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Ensure tools like calendar, action items, budgets are effectively used.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit to the Board.
• Recommend major expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections processes.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board packages within established timelines.
• Maintain unit and contract files related to operations.
• Assist with architectural reviews and inspections as necessary.
• Oversee data base maintenance and vendor management.
• Coordinate inspections of facilities and follow-up actions.
• Oversee AP process per home office procedures.
