Associa, a North American leader with 225+ offices, is seeking a licensed Illinois Community Association Manager (CAM) for our Schaumburg area operations. This full-time role requires managing condo, townhome, and HOA communities, preparing budgets, bids, and reports, and maintaining strong homeowner relationships.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois Community Manager license, can coordinate with contractors, review declarations, by-laws and reserves, and respond promptly to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good phone etiquette and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage condominium, townhome, and HOA associations.
• Prepare annual budgets and reserve studies.
• Review declarations, by-laws, and rules; monitor compliance and enforcement.
• Coordinate with contractors; solicit and evaluate bids and oversee work quality.
• Attend board meetings and communicate updates to homeowners.
