Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a licensed clinician or licensed-eligible professional to provide assessment, treatment planning, and clinical support across residential and community-based settings. You will collaborate with care teams, lead counseling sessions, and contribute to treatment planning with a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Services and licensure within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field is required.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible with criteria: LCSW, LADCI, or LMHC with defined timelines.
• Experience with crisis intervention and residential settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support.
• Collaborate with care coordination partners and other stakeholders.
• Conduct screening, intake, and enrollment activities.
• Lead individual counseling, support groups, and treatment planning meetings.
• Provide clinical consultation and on-call support as needed.
