Job summary

Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinician or licensure-eligible professional to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings.

You will collaborate with care coordinators, providers, and systems to ensure integrated support, lead treatment planning meetings, and contribute to a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented culture that prioritizes person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or related field is required.
• Active licensure or licensure-eligible with timelines as specified.
• Experience with crisis intervention and residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support.
• Collaborate with care coordination partners and community providers.
• Conduct individual counseling, support groups, and treatment planning meetings.
• Offer clinical consultation and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident review processes.
