Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a licensed clinician (or licensed-eligible) to provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential and community-based settings. You will engage in intake, ongoing assessments, and person-centered planning using evidence-based practices.

You will collaborate with care partners, conduct counseling, facilitate groups, and participate in on-call rotations to support individuals in achieving meaningful, independent lives within

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services field, required.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts or licensed eligible: LCSW within 6 months, LADCI within 1 year, LMHC within 2 years.
• Previous professional clinical work with crisis intervention and residential settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care coordination partners, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations to strengthen supports.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate groups, and lead treatment planning meetings.
• Provide clinical consultation, guidance, and training to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and critical incident review, including on-site response when needed.
