Job summary

Hirebridge LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director will provide leadership and daily operations support to our client care programs, and help ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Candidates must hold an active LICSW or LMHC, have a Master’s in a related field, at least two years of direct experience with children, youth and families, and be eligible to work in the

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle and ability to commute to office locations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.
