Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Program Director in leading client care programs in Worcester, MA. The role requires LICSW or LMHC, a Master’s in a human services field, and oversight of supervision, service delivery, and case management.

The position is full-time with a competitive salary and a $1,500 Stay on Bonus. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, and professional growth opportunities, plus supervision for licensure.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Office.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and permission to commute to office locations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Access to high-speed internet.
