Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations of client care programs in Massachusetts. In partnership with the Program Director, you will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and provide supervision for staff.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, licensure support, and program quality. Ideal candidates hold MA LICSW or LMHC, a Master's in a related field, and at least two years’ experience with children, youth, and families.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in MA (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families in direct treatment
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and ability to commute to office locations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided
• Access to high speed secure internet required
