Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our expanding team in Massachusetts. In partnership with the Program Director, you will provide leadership for client care programs and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The role reports to the Program Director and supports supervision and program operations. Ideal candidates hold an independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC) in MA, a master’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of direct treatment

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Two years minimum experience providing direct treatment services with children, youth and families.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in daily operations of client care programs.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Program Director and support daily supervision and guidance.
• Support licensure and supervision for staff and trainees.
