Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Massachusetts to partner with the Program Director and lead client care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Must hold active LICSW or LMHC license, Master’s in social work or related field, and a minimum of two years’ experience with children and families.

Strong communication and computer skills are essential; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) is REQUIRED.
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.

• Provide leadership and daily operations support to client care programs in partnership with the Program Director.
• Help ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Lead supervision for licensure and contribute to program quality management.
