Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing organization in Massachusetts. In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director will lead daily operations of client care programs and help ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The role requires active LICSW or LMHC licensure, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of direct treatment experience with children, youth, and families. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
