Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Massachusetts to provide leadership and supervision for our client care programs. You will work with the Program Director to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and oversee daily operations for effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an active MA license (LICSW/LMHC), has at least two years of direct treatment experience with children and families, and can supervise licensure while supporting staff development and

Qualifications

• Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and ability to commute to office locations
