Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead client care programs and support daily operations under the Program Director. Help ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and drive quality in service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an active LICSW or LMHC license in MA, a Master's degree in a related field, and at least two years of direct treatment experience with children, youth and families.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience providing direct treatment with children, youth and families.
• Experience in supervision and program management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily operations support to client care programs.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Work under the guidance of the Program Director.
