Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Program Director and lead daily operations within client care programs in Springfield. You will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while guiding staff and supporting program success.

Ideal candidates hold an active LICSW or LMHC license, have at least two years of direct treatment experience with children, youth and families, and possess strong supervision and communication

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Two years minimum experience providing direct treatment with children, youth and families.
• Previous supervision experience required.
• Proficiency with supervision, case management and service delivery fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
• Ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Assistant Program Director to maintain quality and licensure requirements.
