RRC Solutions Group seeks a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center, monitor processes, and maintain safety and quality during a 12-hour rotating shift. You will work with DCS/PLC controls, collect daily logs, and support boiler, dryers, and water treatment equipment.

The role requires Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic MS Office skills, and CMMS proficiency. Preference given to candidates with a technical degree or related experience.

Competenze

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively with CMMS.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Preferred: two-year college/technical/vocational training or military background or 3 years experience.

• Operate energy center safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with other operators to ensure consistent shift operations.
• Follow plant policies and procedures; maintain clean, organized plant.
• Assist with updating operating procedures and training manuals.
• Monitor plant operations with DCS & PLC systems; take daily equipment logs.
• Assist with grain handling, shipping, and receiving areas as needed.
• Participate in QA and plant maintenance programs; report issues promptly.
• Support safety, health, and environmental programs; follow regulations.
