Ilocatum is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift, ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective plant performance. The ideal candidate holds Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, can use MS Office, CMMS, and DCS/PLC control systems, and has good communication and time-management skills.

A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with willingness to participate in QA and maintenance programs.

Qualificações

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Preferred: two-year technical degree or military background or 3 years of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Monitor, control, and optimize plant processes safely and cost-effectively.
• Communicate with operators to ensure consistent operation across shifts.
• Follow plant policies, procedures, and SOPs for boilers, dryers, water treatment, and auxiliaries.
• Take daily logs for all plant equipment and monitor QA programs.
• Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleanliness of process areas.
• Support grain handling, shipping and receiving as needed.
