Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care while supporting regional teams across Washington state.

Role requires active licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience, and supervised experience per WA regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged; flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 and 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
