Job summary
Amentum is seeking a Registered Architect to support the SFHP Project in Idaho Falls. The ideal candidate holds a Idaho-licensed architecture credential, with strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, and IBC standards, and can collaborate across offices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The role involves leading the architectural components from concept through detailed design, ensuring quality procedures compliance, and working onsite at Idaho National
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Architect in Idaho with current registration or able to obtain Idaho licensure within six months.
- Experience designing commercial or industrial facilities.
- Delivering projects from concept through detailed design completion.
- Experience with IBC and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design within established budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with Idaho Falls and other offices to complete technical portions of projects.
- Ensure compliance with Amentum quality procedures and ISO 9000/NQA-1 frameworks.
- Work onsite at Idaho National Laboratory as needed.
