Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• 2+ years of P&C insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance with a goal of 30+ items per month.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers.
• Work agency-provided leads while also building your own sales pipeline.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the sale.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training.

Compensation:
