Qualifications

• Active Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish ability.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, independent with pipeline management.
• Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Present and explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
• Process applications and ensure accurate data entry.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
