• Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products.
• Build and manage a consistent, organized sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals (40+ items/month).
• Follow up with prospects and deliver strong customer experience.

A Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License and at least 1 year of recent P&C Sales experience is REQUIRED for this position.

Allstate Agency – Remote - Agency located in OH

Compensation

• $87,000 – $125,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)
• Performance-driven earnings with no cap on income
