Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) seeks a LABA/Program Manager to supervise Applied Behavior Analysis services, ensure continuity of care, and support team development.

You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain compliance with state regulations and PBS standards. Active licensure in your state, a BA with ABA experience, and WA-specific educational requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Completion of WA requirements including 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
