Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year experience in ABA.
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210/220/230 requirements and supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
