Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth for clinical teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with ABA exposure
• Minimum 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246‑805‑210
• Complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246‑805‑220
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246‑805‑230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post‑hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
