Job summary

PBS Corp. LABA/Program Manager oversees Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensures continuity of care, and supports the growth of teams with strong clinical judgment and leadership.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply; role involves coordinating with regional teams, maintaining documentation, and mentoring supervisees while upholding licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or eligiblelicensure per local rules
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• Complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-210/220
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification
