PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and uphold high clinical and ethical standards across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
