Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure high-quality care. You will coordinate across regional teams, maintain standards, and support staff growth.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, scheduling management, and strict adherence to licensure and company policies. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged, with potential for hybrid work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience; design/oversee behavior modification services.
• Complete WAC compliance: 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate and timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 compliant credential

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience requirement (WAC 246-805-230)
