Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced professional to support License Renewal (LR) and Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) across the U.S. nuclear fleet.

The role focuses on turning LR/SLR commitments into practical field execution plans, including potential inspections and aging-management activities. The ideal candidate brings LR/SLR experience, strong project management skills, and ability to bridge aging-management requirements with work management and field execution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years designing/analyzing nuclear, industrial, or DOE facilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering technical documentation and managing aging-management programs (LR/SLR).

Responsibilities

• Support LR/SLR implementation activities including procedure changes, PM basis, and WO development.
• Roadmap inspections and aging-management activities to NRC regulations and commitments.
• Define inspection scopes and ensure traceability to commitments and program requirements.
• Coordinate with schedulers, planners, and field organizations to embed aging-management needs into work sequences.
