Job summary

Sargent & Lundy seeks a seasoned LR/SLR Associate to support license renewal activities across the U.S. nuclear fleet.

The role emphasizes turning LR/SLR commitments and aging management requirements into practical inspection and implementation plans, with potential field inspections. You will coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and structural SMEs, planners, and field leads to refine scopes, mechanisms, and documentation expectations, while maintaining NRC-aligned program basis and change

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in design/analysis of nuclear, industrial, or DOE facilities.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in managing medium-to-large critical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed Operator for a Utility.

Responsibilities

• License renewal & aging management implementation and associated inspections and plans.
• Coordinate with schedulers, planners, and field teams to embed aging management needs.
• Develop and maintain engineering program basis documentation and change tracking.
• Support NRC commitment tracking, responses, and inspection packages.
• Engage with clients and NRC, explaining aging management strategies and results.
