Job summary

Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate LPN for a part-time evening shift to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like setting.

You will assist with medication administration, nursing services, and training staff while supporting residents’ well-being and independence in compliance with state regulations. New grads are encouraged to apply and join a supportive, close-knit team.

Part-Time Evening Shift

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
