Job summary

Regency Prineville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Prineville, OR seeks an LPN/RN to provide essential resident care and support. You will administer medications, supervise staff, and ensure services comply with plans and regulations, while maintaining a home-like environment.

Current LPN/RN license in good standing is required; candidates with about 1 year of supervision experience are preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will:

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing
