• Investigates and adjusts claims and directs independent adjusters and vendors.
• Interacts with customers, carriers, and third-party claimants on an ongoing basis.
• Manages and reserves reserves to reflect probable payout and learns from file developments.
• Alerts management to legal changes impacting liability program.
