Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, directing independent adjusters and vendors.
• Interacts with field operations, legal counsel, safety managers, customers, and insurers.
• Manages litigation to ensure proper handling per jurisdiction.
• Assists in identifying exposures and recommending solutions.
• Sets reserves to reflect probable ultimate payout.
